Toffee yes Kiki would shake them and chase and pounce on em! He was a super hunter He even used to jump in the Trash Hoppers across the street at the apartment complex and bring leftovers for the outside cats BOL! One time he brought a little chicken still tied up and it had been baked. But mommy did give them all plenty of foods. He just loved the hunt.

Willy kids screaming hurts our ears. We haven't seen a gopher either
Daisy and Josey that was neat that Kiki pounces on the gopher. We had a dog Buster that would get moles when they came up and barked for us to come and see what he caught. So nice of Kiki to bring home stuff for other kitties to share even though you fed them good. You are right it is the hunt in them
Toffee so the gopher looks like you toy Rocky and that is why you want to shake him just like Rocky but one must be careful with live gophers
Murphy sorry you have to find a way to dispatch a garden rabbit. We can't help you there.

Murphy, I would probably start with: Scare them away. Lights, shiny aluminum pie tins, and motion scare devices can be enough to ward off rabbits, at least for a time. Dogs and cats running free in the yard are a great deterrent, too.

Good morning Happy Last Day of August and Saturday Labor Day Weekend
Daisy and Josey smart mommy puts up water till morning as you are right the raccoons are cute but carry rabies and you can't take chances. Are you cooking on the grill for the weekend
Willy I think when Geordie was in the garden he wasn't looking for the rabbit and he was having a blast digging in mud
Murphy sorry mommy has tried everything and it doesn't work and he is ruining her garden wonder what rabbits don't like that you can put there to keep it away. if you know some hunters have them come and trap the rabbit
