Twinkle (My Sweet Angel) we had trouble getting to sleep because of fireworks, too. I think they are supposed to stop at 11 pm here, but we were still hearing some at 1 am. Cheeky and I got to sleep, but mom still had trouble, and her tossing and turning interrupted our sleep. So we are all tired this morning. Does mommy have any plans for how she wants to celebrate her birthday? DALLAS our heart goes out to Toto's family. It's hard enough to lose one pet, but two close together ... I really feel for them.

Hey Palz~ Sorry ta hearz 'bout Toto ~! A'wayz lubbed 'n furefur ina our heartz~ Twinkle (My Sweet Angel) 'n Pippi mommy sez dat da firewerkz wuz STILL goin' off last nite at 2:30 AM~! 'n so, yeah mommy feelz ya'll~
I sat on my corner o' da bed 'n my earz wud go back 'n wud LOOK at da winder 'n jus' didn't really freak out, but don'tz like dem noisez. Nice than' iz our house iz well insulated.
Mommy wuzn't feelin' furry goo' yesty 'n so jus' tried ta take it eazee. Feelz a bit better taday. It'z a hot one, 'n morrow too. Den we mite getz a slite kewl down fur Tues 'n maybe Weds 'n maybe rain. We shur doez needz it.

Oh goodness Milo Blue Eyes your fireworks went on longer than mine. Mine stopped a little after 1 am. Let's hope everyone used up their stash and no more noise tonight. It was pretty last night though. Too noisy though, especially the big stuff they were sending off catty corner behind us. We have lousy, single pane windows. So we heard it just fine. Hope mommy keeps feeling better.  Mmmm all the food looks good. And I'm first in line. Woo-hoo! Hmm. Not sure why I find that so fun because there is always plenty of food. hehe. Thanks Milo! |

Oh Milo Blue Eyes, sorry mommy wasn't feeling good. Glad she is better and hope she keeps improving! 2:30 is not good! Boo hiss! But look at all this Italian yummy food! I'll start with the cannoli!!! Twinkle (My Sweet Angel) hope your mommy can get rested up for a fantastic birthday!! I DALLAS our 4th was okay. Mommy didn't go anywhere, just stayed home with us. Good morning everyone Happy Tuesday
Pippi sorry they were still shooting off fireworks last night and mommy had trouble sleeping. My mommy slept from 7pm to 9 pm when fireworks woke her up then last thing she remember it was 12 so she must have fallen asleep a little after midnight but she did not get up at 2:30 am to feed us she got up at 4:15 am fed us right away then took her shower/

Milo Blue Eyes thanks for all the delicious food and drinks so sorry to hear mommy was not feeling good. Glad your house is insulated since the fireworks were going off again
Pippi we are behind you and Charly lets all sit together
Charly mommy spent the evening with us.

Mommy still feels tired & sore. I hope she can fill well enough to enjoy her birthday. She is taking off work super early. There's a "bingo" place that she's going to go to. Hopefully she'll win some money. She's going to eat at this new Steakhouse/Mexican place called Imperio Steakhouse & Grill. She'll go over to her parents house to get her gifts & to play with their cats.
She's getting off work today at 1:00. She's just so tired & sore. All of this typing doesn't help. She has places she has to go to this afternoon & things she has to do. She doesn't want to, but it is what it is. There's a chance of rain everyday this week. I hope it's not pouring down tomorrow. Getting out in the rain really stinks.

 Good morning everyone Happy Wednesday Charly mommy did not get much sleep last night either at 9 pm a loud firework started and it sounded like on our front porch mommy jumped out looked outside ready to tell someone get off my property but she saw no one outside at all yet those fireworks still booming and pounding at her doorstep Twinkle we hope mommy is feeling better to enjoy her birthday. Hope she wins at Bingo and has a good time at the Mexican Steakhouse and at her parents Pooks you and mommy stay inside where it is cooler to hot outside Willy thank you for serving us the food Milo Blue Eyes we hope mommy gets to feeling better |

Beautiful cake DALLAS !! Its another hot one, but a few days in the 70's on the way. Me (Pooks) have a little bit of an upset tummy today. I didn't even want my breakfast. So mommy is boiling me some chicken breasts. When it's done and cooled I get some Have a great day all !! |
