Foofy, it is French from the Bretagne area, it is a variation of Anne, Hanna in English, and was first written as Annig in the area's dialect.

Foofy mommy iz tired, long dayz 'n sumtimez her notsaweepz furry well. Anyfur we had TS dis mornin' 'gain but it didn'tz rattle da house. But we really needed da rain. Our drought iz gettin' better. It'z been ona cooler side taday 'ncloudy 'n dark. Tom brought more boxez ofur yesty efenin' 'n sum smaller onez fur mommy. But a few than'z can't get packed til da last minute. Tom 'n Denise r comin' ofur on Friday efenin' ta get her puter all unpluggled 'n ready to go. Mommy haz to find an internet provider. May use da same one at here now. Mommy iz now gettin' billz ina mail from da Clinic on thingz Medicare didn't pay. Not too bad tho. Willy we lookit up ur mommy'z name 'n it means Gracious 'n Merciful. Nice name.

Sorry she is getting bills that Medicare did not pay but do you have Medicaid usually medicaid picks up bills that Medicare did not pay. I can't get Medicaid but Ward qualified for medicaid.
