Foofy , I don't think it was the vet who was evasive but the lady who found the dog. Mommy found a Dachshund (at the library) once and she wanted to keep him, but she finally found the owner and she was SO grateful!! Mommy made the lady promise to get him chipped!

Dallas, the amount of stupidy we see in the airbnb is getting scarry at times.

 Good morning Happy Friday Pippi I agree when you find a dog you need to post in several places I know when I lived in the shores with Ward we found a schnauzer running loose it had a bum foot so mommy took it to her vet to have the foot checked out got some medicine and see if chipped it wasnt then she posted flyers on poles thruoghout dog found and the address she could come and get it. When person called she had to describe the dog sshe was missing The dog belonged to her children who were at college but when she came on the weekend to pick it up she brought the boy whose dog with her seems like someone left the gate open and the dog got out. When they picked the dog up I gave them the medicine for the dog and said she should get it chipped if lost again could find it easier. Mommy felt someone owned this precious dog and they are probably going crazy hunting for it. Now if they check it out and the owners are dead or left it then she can keep it. Sorry she was evasive about whether the dog was chipped. I was in a panic mode with Sabrina lost as she had dementia just like Ward I posted flyers went to all vets with a picture of her and they posted in their office and when found I took the flyers down and went to the vet offices to remove flyers there. Daisy and Josey have a great day Toffee we loved all the spooky goodies Milo Blue Eyes shared. we never had Deep Fried Turkey either though one of my bosses used to always deep fry his turkey at Thanksgiving. Roasted Turkey is healthier for you. Milo Blue Eyes hoping mommy doing good Willy those Airbnb at your place are pretty stupid with things you have told us about them. I would be laughing too seeing the humans scatter when you hit the net. Till Milo Blue Eyes arrive here are some goodies Charly we wish all owners had their pets chipped mommy has hers chipped. |

DALLAS thank you for the healthy, cute goodies!! When mommy first got me, I was so tiny I slipped out a gap in the fence! Mommy went crazy looking for me. She asked the little boy across the alley if he had seen me and he said no. So she went and jumped in her car to go looking for me. When she drove by the house across from the alley, that little boy had me!! Boy was she mad! But so relieved to have me back!!

Little sisters, me is chipped too, they made it a law here. Tango, me was so tiny when me got here that Humanmom was afraid that would happen to me too so she kind of over secured the backyard, it did look like a high security prison back there. *Willy serves creepy cupcakes to his furiends*  |

Foofy it wasn't the vet who was being evasive, but rather the lady who had found the dog. Makes mom wonder if she had the vet check for a microchip. It could very well be that he dog has a better home now, but it could also be that the dog got loose and the previous owners have not been able to find the dog and are missing her. Personally mom would feel better at least trying to find the original owner and seeing what the situation was. The little dog mom found in the park - mom would have kept him in a heart beat if his family couldn't have been found, but seeing how happy and relieved his mom was when he was reunited with her was really beautiful. Mom would want someone to help any of us get home if we got lost. Us pups are chipped, but if someone found us and purposefully didn't check for a chip it doesn't do any good to be chipped. willy we wish you had a video of your run complete with falling humans. BOL! DALLAS that is what happened with the little dog mom found - smeone had visited the mom and didn't close the gate to the yard when leaving and he got out and then couldn't find his way back home. Your mom was very kind to take the dog she found to the vet and get it treated and medication. Daisy & Josey us pups are chipped, too. And if ever lost hope that will help us find out way home. Of course mom says if some people tried to take Willow for a walk in the park they might pay mom to take her back. Tee hee hee. But if they spent time at home with her they would realize she can be a real cuddle bug and a sweetheart. Now if we can just get her to be like that in the park. Sigh. Tango my mom would have been mad at that little boy, too. Guess he knew a good thing when he saw it. Glad mom was able to find you. Milo Blue Eyes I think your weather fluctuates more than mine. Mom says Mother Nature must be menopausal with the temp changes. BOL Oh Milo (and mommy) we sure hate to hear it's time for hospice. Can mommy go visit Pa some time soon? We know they will take good care of him and keep him more comfortable.  for the whole family. In some ways last year with pawpaw it was an easy decision and in some ways it was a very hard one. Hard mostly because mom and grandma just weren't ready for it. We are thinking of mommy. My mom was thinking of your mom last night. She had on the food network and they were having Halloween cake wars. Some of those guys are so creative. And speaking of food, thank yu Milo, Dallas and Willy for all the fun foods. Time for me to go down the line and try a little of everything please and thank you.
