Angels Hershey & Winkie hope your paw is better. Molly's eyes are clear but she doesn't like the ointments at all. She would rather wrestle to get away from mommy then have anything put in her eyes. She goes back to the vets on the 25th for a recheck. The one ointment she will have to take the rest of her life. Lots of us put on a little fat later in life  Have a super Tuesday all

Daisy & Josey, mommy and I acfurilly prefer the ointment to the drops, but the eye dogtor doesn't like the way mommy puts the ointment in (using her finger), so we get drops. I'm good about it most of the time, but sometimes I make mommy miss, BOL!!
Is this where you asked about the humidity with Karl the Fog? Yes, fog is made out of water, so it's humid, but it's also cold because it comes off the ocean. Humidity makes hot hotter and cold colder. We only got up to 55 cold degrees yesfurday. But today the sun is out and it's 61*. They're in the 90s inland.
My limp is better, and daddy doesn't think I need to see the vet. One of the doggies who sometimes comes to our house with a lady from daddy's work ate a whole KitKat bar yesfurday, so she might be seeing her vet! She's a little fuzzy poodle mix.
I'm glad Pupster choklit is safe! Anyfur want some pretzels?

Welperz taday iz da day Pa hada go to dat beeg hospital far 'way,but not da VA iz da one cross da street coz VA can't doez dis procedure dey doin' taday. Replacin' da tube ona left back side 'n maybe gone open up whar it'z blocked 'n put a stint til it healz 'n den further down da line, Pa won't haz to wearz TWO bagz! Ugh. He sprang nother leak roun' two AM couple nitez go. He can't sleep fur furry lon' at one time, maybe a couple o' hourz or so. He hada leaf early dis morn coz three 'n half hr drive plus he gotted a lon' way to walk 'n den cross ofur frum da garage parkin'. Mommy tol' him to get halpz when dey check him at da door. Get a wheel chair. Dey rn't as nice at dat hospital as dey r at da VA. 'n Pa sez da foodage izn't as goo' neither too! But iz da on'y hospital dat can doez it 'n dey wuz da onez dat put it in da first place. He iz goin' to stay ofur if'n he getz to tired to drive home. Iz goo' dey gotted to do da procedure wifout him goin' nite nite jus' use pain stuff. But him haz ta be'z on him belly fur one to three hourz. Hopefurry he won't be'z too tired 'n will come home tanite. Ugh we got A/C probz. Da condensation hose iz blocked 'n it'z lightly floodin' da basement 'n da carpet iz wet. So..it mite haz to be replaced coz it iz gettin' ol'. Pa will call morrow. Our water heater comez on when it wantz, mostly we haz to turn it off 'n back on 'n den it will comez on. Whut a pain ta be'z a homeowner!

fur da prayerz fur me Pa~! We had stormz all 'roun' us yesty, but we really didn't getz any rain, it wuz all east o' us, 'n jus' barely. Pa decided to drive home 'n ran into sum o' dose heavier stormz. He sez he jus' went slow 'n kept on goin' 'n not mush traffic either. 'n so Pa iz so furry tired taday 'n takin' a nappie. Dey went in 'n changed out da tubin' 'n went in 'n opened up da location dat haz been blocked. It'z werkin' so far 'n dey clamped off da left kidney tubage 'n now he drainz outta da front bag. But it fillz up mush  'n haz ta use da beeg bag at nite, but it pulled out da little bag it attached to last nite. 'n got wet 'gain. He gone figure out a way to clamp da beeg bag down, so it won't pull ona little bag it attachez to. It'z all really a beeg pain fur Pa. If'n dat tubin' inside dat wuz blocked stayz werkin' 'n all, he gotz nother appointment in October, dey mite take out dat tubin' all together. Pa iz in pain, it'z really sore whar dey went inside. Our Lawn folkz came out taday 'n did weed stuff 'n fertilizer. Pa called dat A/C place 'n dey came out 'n replaced da hosin' on da unit ina basement. It didn't take 'em furry long. It'z cloudy taday but really nice 'n kewl at 69*. It'z gone warm up once 'gain fur da weekend. Pa a'so haz trouble goin' potty 'n takez stool softenerz but when he getz like dis, he jus' takez mommy to eat 'n he don'tz eat. Mommy had Mexican.

Goodness me I have to play catch up again both on news and food. hehe. Daisy & Josey what a pretty picture of the courthouse with the rainbow. At first I thought that was a pond in front of it, but then I realized it was the wet street. BOL Angels Hershey & Winkie the last few days mom has been wanting your weather so badly! It's been hot and humid with poor air quality. And the back room where mom has been working and keeping busy is the hottest room in the house. It didn't feel great in there. So enjoy your temps on our behalf. We can't wait for fall (or winter) and weather like yours. Milo Blue Eyes I hope all went well with Pa's procedure. I sure do hate that he has such a long drive. Has to be an exhausting day for him. I hope the pain eases up soon. Just keeping him in our thoughts and prayers. And I'm sorry about your wet basement and a/c problems. Glad that was an easy fix. Um, can we have one of those 69 degree days? Someone has turned ours backwards. Been more like 96 and we don't like it. hehe. Whew. I'm glad to be back. Mom has been busy with a project and we have been neglected and abandoned orphans. I'm starving! May I have 5 of everything please and thank you. hehe |

My leggie is better, but mommy found a lump inside my neck, so I'm still going to the vet. The good news is, I'm also going to the doggy store to find something to hold my supper dish up high where I can reach it without falling ovfur!

Pippi yes the heat in the high 90 is unbearable so your mommy better be working inside during those hot days Pooks Molly the picture of the rainbow was cute hope Molly is doing well with her eye drops Hershey one way to solve it take a little bit of everything. We are that lump your mommy found is nothing serious and hope you found a dog dish to sit up for you Wild Ones as requested above is a picture of me before my haircut and one after it. Mommy said you would not know I had health issues the way I acted when I got home from being so cool and beautiful I was running around the house like a puppy so excited. Toby glad you saved some food for us. |

Milo Blue Eyes I hope things get moving for Pa. He needs to eat. And your temps sound nice. Send a little of that this way. Think we are staying in the 90s but not sure. And yesterday in our bedroom it got up to 79. That was with the a/c. Ugh. We sure do miss the shade from our big oak tree the city took down to put in a wider sidewalk. But let me change the subject before mom gets on her soap box about that again. hehe. Angels Hershey & Winkie I am with you on the food. The more I see the more I think yeah I want that. hehe. It all looks so good and mom says this room makes her so hungry. DALLAS don't you look good with your hair cut. I'll bet that does feel better in this summer weather. I'm so glad you were running around feeling good. Boy you and Molly. Sounds like something is in the air. * Grabs three plates and starts filling them up. * Thanks Milo!
