Diane so sorry Buddy did get sick yesterday but glad to hear doing better today. He is in our prayers. Yes I have friends who have been posting pictures of those northern lights from different states they are amazing wish I could see them but unfortunately only got to see pictures of them
Carol yes all weather can be bad but unfortunately these two hurricanes Helene and Milton were really horrible I read a story of an elderly couple high school sweethearts were found dead in their house the husband on top his wife trying to protect her in their bedroom when a tree crashed on their house killing both. Saw a news reporter holding a dog Benji they found in debris heard him barking and his owners are dead will see if other family members want him if not will be put up for adoption like a lot of pups rescued from the storms. A guy who volunteers with a bunch of people to bring supplies and help out in NC where a whole town gone said bad they need vicks vapor rub as they can smell the dead people some are still in debris laying around the mortuary was washed away. They have about 900 people in the make up morgue and FEMA not helping these people telling them go online fill out an application this people have no electricity to go on line to fill out an application. I just cry when I see all the devastation that people lost homes, lifes and their pets. I am thankful it shifted and spared me then I feel that these people were not spared. I am glad your brother and his famiy was safe.
Your right Anick all weather leaves some consequences. Tornadoes hitting people before the flood blowing apart homes. I think each state has some kind of disaster otherwise if one state never had disasters everyone would be moving there.
Leslie you are right but maybe it is a scrabble game that had too many pieces missing not be used or maybe you can buy those pieces separately.
Lisa I love them thta is a cute idea for hanging ornaments. You will have to explain when you make them how they are done. When I did the clocks you did they were one of my hot sellers at craft sale. I am glad that program got approved for December in time for Christmas.
My happy got my exercise done this morning then put my garden lights back in yard and rocking chairs back on the porch. John cleaned up my yard from debria while I was exercising since the guy came to cut my grass so two containers put in my garage as yard waste not coming for 2 weeks. I did go to Karin our leader of our crafts house as her hip has been bothe3ring her and I swept her driveway and picked up small twigs around the tree in her front yard and put her mail in the mailbox. She gave me a bag of Milky Way I Told her I could have used them Wednesday waiting out the storm. She had Linda at her house another crafter so they would not be alone. Karin showed me her house so cute and clean. I pray no more hurricanes but we have till November 30 for hurricane season.
I did work on a Wizard of Oz Microwaveable Bowl while I waited on Wednesday for the storm

My happy is it is Friday and I get to sleep in the next two days!!

Diane, too many clouds here, I wasn't able to enjoy the northern lights. I cannot enjoy them from my home anymore, the big news houses on my street all have big spotlights going straight to the sky so we can't see a thing up there anymore.

I did not look for Northern Lights. I just got in from weeding. Did the front and side but still have the back and island to do but was exhausted. I am going to our OctoberFest at clubhouse at 5 and I want to sew on one of the ladies Casserole Carrier she ordered with giraffes the material came in yesterday have it all cut out planning to sew on it soon as down on computer hope to get something done before I go for dinner
Deb in answer to your question I am posting a picture of the only dog material I have and bones for background but if you can find out from your neighbor what type of dog she has I will see if there is material for it and I could get it and make some bowls for you.
