Buddy, I hope you are feeling better!! We worry about you! ❤️
We’re not planning to do Halloween this year. I’m not sure how Murphy might react.
Dee, I don’t blame you for skipping the decorations. They really are a lot of money for something you put out for a few days in Dec. They’ve sold out of everything at the stores near me, so I will probably use my bonus points for something else. (I only considered them because I considered them “free”.)

We never hand out cndy. Our house is set way back from the road so we think it is too scary! I used to buy candy and then would end up eating it myself!!

Isn’t that the best reason to buy candy?

Foofy and I don't get Trick or Treaters because of the fence around us. Plus, we have no kids in our apt. bldg. My grandson hasn't been named Valedictorian yet, but he's on track for that! I'm very proud of him. He's a good kid, I think he's 13. I hope he keeps his mind on his studies even when he's old enough to date.

Good morning Happy Tuesday Leslie I have Christmas decorations to put out but not wanting extra as really don't have room. I did buy some magnet Christmas decorations to put on my garage and that star shining thing so I don't need to put lights up on house just put the thing out in the yard pointed towards house. This way don't have to pay a handy man to hang Christmas lights then come and take them down. I did pay a couple years ago for the life size santa that I put out in front of my living room window every Christmas as Belle won't touch it she is scared of it looks like a big person Lisa when Ward and I lived in Kentucky at the house we sold to his son people had to walk way down the driveway to get candy I had it on hand but the kids were too lazy to walk down and back up so Ward and I ended up eating the candy. Here in our gated community no kids to come trick or treating I used to give them out to the people in the golf cart parade but didn't this year. Deb I hope your grandson keeps on the track and becomes a Valedictorian but even if he doesn't make it I am sure you will just be as proud of him to graduate. Diane we have been for Buddy so hoping he is having a better day today Marty hoping things are going well in your house Anick hope Willy and you are all having a good time My happy today is I have chair volleyball at 9:30 am and crafts at noon. I did finish up the rest of the schnauzer pot holders and put them in my drawer to keep and finished up the Goldie Dogs pot holders will be given as gifts at one time or another but was going to start on cutting up material for casserole hot pads for the kitchen but material that was given to me I have to check if it is cotton the other material was polyester so could not use it. Carol glad your yard has beautiful colorful leaves in it and you and your girls enjoying the cooler weather. Hugs, Dee, Dallas and Belle

Deb, that is awesome your grandson may be the validictorian! Anick, it is the same here. Students no longer wear the costumes to school and that is . I did buy some chocolate at Costco, but as we never get anyone, I guess it is mine all mine, haha! Buddy LOVES raw pumpkin, so I have been putting raw pumpkin on his kibble to get him to eat. He has kept his food down so far today!

Wish we could share some of our pumpkin with you, Buddy. Glad you feel well enough to eat.
Our trees still have leaves, so the scenery is very pretty. I guess if there is a benefit to a drought, this is it. 😆
Dee, your light ideas are very clever! Clean up is going to be much easier after the holidays.

Glad to hear you are feeling well today, Buddy. Keep it up! That's a clever idea, Dee! Wish I could do something like that in the front parking lot. Maybe next year I'll try having something for Halloween hanging from the curtain rod in our front window. Leslie glad the drought managed to benefit you in someway! LOL! And I'll be proud of my grandson, anyway. I just hope doesn't get to be as rebellious as his mother (my daughter) was. One more day and Halloween. I have no idea when my teacher's retirement fund will start making payments...this month or next. I could have opted for a lump some, but the taxes would be higher then. Have a G-R-E-A-T Day everybody!

Diane, and as a bonus pumpkins are good for the digestive system.
The last time I did buy candies for Halloween I did end up eating them myself, they did last for almost 2 years. I did learn to never buy big bags ever again.
