Hee hee, Leslie, I think the picture that Dee posted is the guest!! Probably on of her neighbors!
I am addicted to sweets so I buy candy all the time. I really shouldn't!!
My happy is that the weather has finally cooled down and I think it is going to stick around for awhile!!

Cool weather? What’s that?
I thought maybe the guest was the sheriff or a local politician. No wait, they were dressed as an IRS agent….

Yes, who was the surprise guest? I have candy, I don't know why. Maybe I got it before I retireed with thought of a Halloween party. Whatever, I'll give it to my grandkids next time they're here. (if I can leave them alone 'til then). Today, I found where Foofy was hiding, in the breakfast nook off the kitchen. It's a place I use for extra storage. Foofy mewed for me to feed her. I had her food and water in the entirely wrong place, and she was trapped. Poor baby! Anyway, I brought everything over to her. What a relief to have found her!

Good morning Happy Halloween Thursday Carol that was nice of you to give your grandson candy and the girl across the street and then some for you Leslie the guest at our Big 100 Day Dinner it was George who plays chair volleyball with us. I think it was cool he did that no politician or sheriff. Lisa I like my sweets too but have drastically cut down when my blood work said pre diabetic I just hope when I take my next blood work it will be down and not say that anymore. I still eat sweets but not as much now only when I went to the Big 100 Day party and they had ice cream sandwiches and the fall lunch at church where they had a brownie topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup and cherries. Deb sorry Foofy was trapped but you found her and brought her food to where she was. Carol did you get the pot holders I sent to you My happy today I booked for me to go on the bus tour to St. Augustine Fl to flip the switch and watch all their christmas lights they said it is 20 blocks long. The bus will leave Walmart Parking Lot at 1 get to St. Augustine at 4 then take us back home at 8 pm so the lights get turned on at 6:30 pm. I had a good lunch at the church. We had chili, creamy fruit salad, cornbread and for dessert brownie topped with ice cream and cherriess. Everything was delicious. Have a full schedule today 0 chair yoga, 10 Zumba, 11, Cardio Drumming and 12 quilting go home from quilting then feed girls and back to clubhouse for a meeting for all volunteers for the Gold Cart Race in a few weeks. Hugs, Dee, Dallas and Belole

Dee all that exercise should help with the diabetes!
Tomorrow I am going to the YWCA to represent the library at their health Fair. It's fun to talk to all the seniors and issue library cards

Dee, good for you cutting down on your sweets! Maybe, Lisa is right about the exercise cutting down on the Diabetes risk. You could ask your doctor. And I sure couldn't be as active as you! I'm glad Buddy had a good day yesterday or the day before now! I hope that continues!Have fun, Lisa with issuing the library cards. I'm sure the seniors will appreciate them.

Hee hee, you get lots of practice talking to seniors here, Lisa!
Ach, Foofy, you gave away your hiding place by meowing! Glad you got your dinner, though. That’s the most important thing.
Dee, I bet you are going to have a great time watching the light festival. I can’t wait for you to tell us about it.
I wish I had a fraction of Dee’s energy. Every day this week I’ve only done a half day’s work and had to lie down and sleep.

Good morning everyone Happy Friday First Day of November Carol sorry I did not see the messages still not use to this site will go and check but glad you received them so now everyone has their package and I can get rid of tracking Diane so happy to hear Buddy had a good day Lisa have fun at YWCA talking to seniors and issuing library cards. Hope you are able to get a lot of them signed up. I hope my blood works shows it next time I take it and not say borderline Leslie you are right there Lisa talks to plenty of seniors here. I plan to have a good time at the festival of lights and a couple girls from the subdivision said they might sign up to go and I hope they do so I will have someone I know. It makes me very nervous going with a crowd and not knowing anyone. I know one can make friends but I am usually shy till I get to know people. Deb my doctor wasn't too concerned about the blood work saying I was borderline when she said I lost 5 pounds since my last visit and I told her I cut down on all the junk food I ate. Anick I was beat yesterday after having to be at the clubhouse all day and came home to feed the girls and head back to the meeting for the Golf Cart Rodeo they are having Saturday November 9 at 3 pm. He has a list of 8 drives so he will call and make sure they still plan on driving only 4 of the drivers showed at the meeting. The lady Mary is now on the committee of volunteers for the Rodeo she is the one that came to our quilting group and was putting us down for how we ironed, sewed or the way we did things we all felt so uncomfortable when she was there. When she complained how I was ironing I simply stopped and said then you do it your way. Well she was wanting to organize all the carts in the races but Carol said she can handle that then when they said the judges can tally the points she said I have experience as a bookkeeper they can just give me the tally sheet and she will tally it up. She said she will come early and fill all the water jugs. Already trying to take control of that group so I am kind of dreading that day working with her. I am one of the judges. My happy today I am going to yoga exercises and then to chair vollleyball with 3 other girls from the subdivision Hugs, Dee, Dallas and Belle

Ugh, I’m sorry that super annoying lady will be at your event, Dee. Does she have family out of town? Maybe she’ll need to make an unexpected trip. 😆

Dee, I would say cutting down on the sweets should help your blood work. I LOVE chocolate and I used to consume a lot everyday. Then I had my blood work done and it showed that the LDL cholesterol was just slightly above normal. Not high enough to need meds, but if it went any higher I would have been put on medication. I have greatly, and believe me this was difficult, cut down on the chocolate I eat and my LDL is now normal.
Dee, maybe the super annoying person could be accidentally locked outside. Haha. I joke!
Buddy has had another good day!
